At P31 Pilates, we believe wellness is something to share!

Our 3rd Thursday Wellness Workshops are a monthly opportunity to pause, learn, and grow together. Each month, we’ll explore a fresh topic designed to help you move better, feel better, and live with more ease—whether it’s posture, pain relief, stress reduction, or healthy habits you can actually stick with.

These interactive sessions are a chance to expand your wellness toolkit with practical tips and simple strategies you can use right away. Plus, we encourage you to bring a friend or co-worker—because when you invite others into your wellness journey, everyone benefits.

The Heart of Movement is a guided workshop that invites you to slow down, listen, and respond to your body with self-compassion. By integrating breath, core awareness, and gentle nervous system support, you’ll experience how moving with care—not force—can create lasting strength, steadiness, and ease. No experience required.

Couples Night

Saturday, February 21st, 6-8 PM

Couples Night on the Reformer
Join us for a unique and playful evening at P31 Pilates—just for couples! Experience a fun and interactive reformer session designed to build connection, support, and a little friendly challenge. Whether you're both new to Pilates or seasoned movers, this special class will have you stretching, laughing, and maybe even competing a little.

We're incoorporating a little Newly Wed Game twist into this session!!

After your session, stick around to mingle and unwind with light snacks, wine, and whiskey in our cozy lounge space. It’s the perfect way to connect with your partner, try something new, and enjoy a night out that’s all about movement, laughter, and love.

Posture and Pain

Thursday, March 19th 6:30-7:30

Posture & Pain is a guided workshop designed to help you understand how your body holds tension—and how to respond with care instead of criticism. By exploring posture, breath, and gentle movement, you’ll learn how to reduce discomfort, build support from the inside out, and develop a more trusting relationship with your body. No experience required.
