At P31 Pilates, we believe wellness is something to share!
Our 3rd Thursday Wellness Workshops are a monthly opportunity to pause, learn, and grow together. Each month, we’ll explore a fresh topic designed to help you move better, feel better, and live with more ease—whether it’s posture, pain relief, stress reduction, or healthy habits you can actually stick with.
These interactive sessions are a chance to expand your wellness toolkit with practical tips and simple strategies you can use right away. Plus, we encourage you to bring a friend or co-worker—because when you invite others into your wellness journey, everyone benefits.

Simple ways to Improve Hip Pain
August 21st Workshop
Dealing with aching hips? Especially when you lay on your side or sit for long periods? Struggle with low back pain? In this one hour workshop Wendy will teach you about the anatomy of your hips, what could be causing some of that pain and some simple exercises to improve it.
