Calling all lovers of Pilates!
Have you felt called to deepen your practice, or share your love of movement with others?
Our Pilates Instructor Training is designed for those who want to expand their knowledge, refine their understanding of movement, and explore teaching within a supportive, community-centered environment.
Learn from an Experienced Mentor
Led by our founder, Wendy Basch, RN, BSN, Certified Wellness Coach, this training is rooted in the belief that movement should be accessible, intentional, and empowering.
With years of experience teaching Pilates and supporting individuals through every stage of their wellness journey, Wendy brings a thoughtful, anatomy-informed approach to instruction. Throughout the program, you'll receive hands-on guidance, personalized feedback, and the confidence to teach with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
More than learning exercises, you'll learn how to observe movement, communicate effectively, and create a supportive environment where every client feels successful.
This comprehensive training combines Pilates principles, functional anatomy, movement science, and hands-on teaching practice to prepare you for leading safe, effective, and empowering classes.

• Programming, cueing, progressions, and regressions
We also cover instructor self-care and continuing education, because sustainable teaching starts with a supported instructor.
