Our floor and mat-based classes are a great place to begin or stay rooted. Choose from Mat Pilates, Core Foundations, and the MELT Method® — all designed to build strength, improve mobility, and help you feel more connected in your body.

These classes offer a supportive way to:

  • Ease into movement at your own pace

  • Build confidence and core stability

  • Prep your body for the Reformer (if and when you're ready)
